The inquiry form asks for your name, HVAC company, work email, optional phone number, main service area, and an approximate count of open replacement estimates. These details are used to respond to your inquiry and discuss whether the pilot fits your business.
Where your inquiry goes
Form submissions are stored in our lead management system, which uses Supabase. The website uses Vercel for hosting and website analytics. These providers process information needed to operate those services.
Keep homeowner records out of the form
Please do not submit customer lists, homeowner contact details, passwords, or payment information here. If we agree to a pilot, record access and the approved contact process are discussed separately before any outreach.
