This is a fit if you have:

What exactly am I paying for?

A managed follow-up service for estimates your company has already sent. During the $500 pilot, we review up to 50 eligible estimates, make up to three approved follow-ups per estimate, monitor replies on weekdays, send interested conversations back to your team, and report on the work each week.

Which estimates can go into the pilot?

Unsold residential HVAC replacement estimates from the prior 90 days. We review up to 50 records with you before starting and exclude sold jobs, closed opportunities, opt-outs, and anyone you cannot authorize us to contact. Around 15 or more eligible estimates is a useful starting point for a pilot.

Do I need to change my CRM or buy new software?

We start by reviewing how your team already keeps estimates and contacts homeowners. A usable export or agreed access may be enough. We confirm the workflow and any required tools before starting; no specific CRM integration is assumed.

Who approves the messages and handles replies?

You approve the wording, timing, and contact method before outreach begins. We monitor replies on weekdays, record the outcome, and route interested homeowners to your team. Your team handles technical advice, quote changes, final scheduling, and the work itself. We stop contacting anyone who opts out.

What will I see in the weekly report?

You will see which estimates were contacted, how many follow-ups were made, the replies received, and which conversations were handed back to your team. We record booked work or sales only when your team confirms them; an interested reply is not counted as a sale.

What happens after the 30 days?

We review the activity, outcomes, and value together. You can stop after the pilot or choose to continue at $750 per month for the same scope, plus any agreed software costs. There is no automatic renewal.

Do you guarantee booked jobs?

No. The pilot pays for the agreed follow-up work, reply handling, and reporting. Homeowners may have already chosen another contractor or changed their plans. We do not guarantee bookings, sales, revenue, or profit.
